X4 Designs
Function
First, we establish the building blocks of the house. We explore how many bedrooms and bathrooms you need. Do you want a large great room with a vaulted ceiling or hidden pantry. We are attentive to every detail and adjust until there is a natural, intuitive flow throughout the home.
Asthetic
What do you want your house to become? A modern design with flat roofs and big panes of glass that maximizes light; or, a farm-style with tall gables and large open spaces. We take the key attributes from your dream home styles and develop a plan that embodies your lifestyle.
Budget
We want your home to be a source of pride, but not at the expense of your finances. We are passionate about creating a home that you can afford to build.
Structure
A good designer can build a beautiful house, but a great designer can build the same home for less. We thrive on putting complicated design pieces together in a way that makes both aesthetic and functional sense, while keeping the structure in mind.

Meet Bryan Nyhof
Bryan’s passion for design and deep understanding of construction were instilled at an early age – his father was a custom home builder who designed his own house plans, and his mother was an interior designer. Fueled by his upbringing and fascination for the craft, he was running his own framing business by 20. This extensive experience – coupled with his unrelenting curiosity – gave rise to Bryan’s strong design sensibility.
